Amazing beaches
St. John is two-thirds National Park and boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and perhaps the largest collection of fabulous beaches on any one island.
The Spyglass Hill house is closest to the South Shore beaches: Salt Pond, Little Lameshur and Great Lameshur. These offer white sands, cobble stones, and wonderful snorkeling opportunities.
The North Shore beaches are only a short drive from the house. These beaches, so characteristic of the Virgin Islands, are picture-perfect, white coral sand beaches rimmed with waving coconut palms and sea grape trees.

Coral Bay
Coral Bay, on the east side of the island, is the smaller of the two towns on St John, and contains a lovely array of shops and restaurants.
